1998 Domain
renovated their existing milk replacer facility, increasing
its size 3.5 times to accommodate the moving of all of their
production to the upgraded facility, including Receiving,
Pelleting, Mixing, Premixes, Bagging and Bulk Load Out.
1996 Domain announces
a three-part, multimillion dollar expansion project to
upgrade facilities to better meet the needs of the dairy
producer.
1989 Best cost
management was introduced.
This program was designed to help producers keep down
the cost of producing each hundred weight of milk.
1975 Crop Cure forage
preservative introduced as a patented product to preserve
forage quality.
1971 Doboy was the
first feed company in the upper Midwest to offer forage
analysis to their customers.
1963 Tend-R-Leen, the
original no-roughage beef feeding program, was introduced
amid a great deal of controversy. It remains the most
profitable and result generating program available to cattle
feeders.
1939 New Richmond
roller mills changed their name to Doughboy Mills, Inc.
Doughboy packaged army rations during World War II.
1922 Doughboy formula
feeds developed by drawing on professional support from
university research.
1917 Due to a fire,
the flour mill was rebuilt. This was the third mill.
1899 New Richmond
Roller Mills was incorporated.
1864 A flour mill was
added.
1856 A small saw mill
and a grist mill were established on the banks of the Willow
River in New Richmond.
